Designation: .Net Developer

Job Description

1. Responsible for all Visual Basic career and Web custom application programming coding, debugging, testing, documentation in Rotary, including interface with Oracle backend, based on the needs as defined by project manager.

2. Responsible for development, testing and release of new versions and patches for RI-CAS and RI-DAS applications.

3. Design flow Charts, Screen Layouts.

4. Develop Test Case and execute them.

5. Develop Oracle triggers, stored procedures, functions and oracle packages.

6. Create or modify procedures to solve complex problems in the custom visual basic, ASP environment taking into consideration system capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results;

7. Experience in Microsoft .Net technology and Perl, PHP, MySql is preferred.

8. Assist in creating software processes and following development standards.

9. Attends meetings as needed to support miscellaneous reporting/applications needs.

10. Understanding of UML, visual basic, .Net framework and experience with OO programming with modeling expertise.

Desired Profile 1.Working knowledge of visual basic 6.0, ASP, XML, MS Access, Oracle 8i/9i, Seagate Crystal Reports, PL/SQL, RUP, UML, OOPs, MS Office Products required.

2.Experience in RAD or Iterative methodologies is desired
